Need to Return a product? Its very easy....

 

To return a product  you'll need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done by simply contacting our service department.  NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA.

We'll need the following information to authorize your return:


- Customer name
- Invoice number
- Item part number(s)
- Nature of the problem

Upon receipt of this information, we will provide an RMA as well as return instructions.

In general, Sudden Impact Performance accepts returns on merchandise within 30 days of the invoice date. During this time period, we will issue a full product refund on items that are returned in 'like new condition'. We are very flexible though in terms of our return policy and will issue a full refund, within a 60 day period of the invoice date, if the item was purchased as a gift. 

Products must be returned by mail only. UPS returns are accepted from Canada only. UPS returns from the U.S. or overseas are not accepted due to exorbitant customs brokerage fees.
