For all offline orders, we require the following information to be provided by phone, fax or mail:

- name

- street address (ship to address)

- city/town

- province/state

- postal code/zip code

- contact telephone number

- email address

- itemized list including item part number, quantity, color (if applicable)

- credit card type (Visa or Mastercard only)

- credit card number

- credit card expiry date (month/year)

- credit card CFV number (last 3 digits of number on back of card)

- full name as printed on card

- billing address of credit card (if different than ship to address)

1. All items will be invoiced in Canadian dollars, as our billing department is located in Canada. If you are located outside Canada, your credit card bank will convert the purchase price back to your local currency and that amount will be shown on your monthly statement.

2. Sales tax will be applied as follows to both the items purchased and the shipping cost:

British Columbia residents - 12% (5% GST and 7% PST) 

Other Canadian residents - 5% GST

U.S. residents and residents of other countries - no tax

3. Appropriate shipping charges will be added to your order. If you wish to know the exact shipping charge, please advise at time of ordering and the information will be emailed to you.

4 .If you choose to pay by money order, we accept postal money orders or money orders drawn by a financial institution. Money orders are to be made out to 'Sudden Impact Performance'. Canadian money orders are to be payable in Canadian dollars. U.S. and foreign money orders are to be payable in either Canadian or U.S. dollars ONLY and must be cashable OUTSIDE your country. To be cashable outside your country, you must ask for an International money order (usually available at the post office). If you wish to send a money order drawn on U.S. funds, please contact us first to provide you with the correct U.S. dollar amount.
